My name is Davide Tassinari, and with non-Italian speakers I usually go by David.

I am a former management consultant, currently trying my hand at professional cooking as a pastry chef at a fantastic London café. I have a degree in theoretical physics and one in environment and sustainable development (yeah, I know).

In character with my normally nerdy attitude I often take on new hobbies and interests; the only constants are cooking and baking, reading and writing, and working out.

I am @dtassinari on twitter (though my account has been mostly dormant of late), davidetassinari on facebook, and I have one of the two usernames on most other online services. If you want to get in touch via email, put a dot between my first name and family name and append at gmail dot com.
